Another Ohio utility <\/a>has asked for a rate hike. AES Ohio<\/strong><\/a> is seeking an \u201cElectric Security Plan\u201d or ESP, to fund modernize its grid systems. This increase would add about $4 to customers’ bills. After the past year of dramatic rate instability<\/a>, needless to say, people aren\u2019t too happy with this idea.
