Ordered service Friday to be turned on Monday. They didn't call and didn't come. Tuesday nothing
WEDNESDAY I called and they said they were busy.... Really? Piss poor experience! They do a 30 minute call ahead under a blocked and private number... don't miss this call either bc your appointment will get cancelled! Ridiculous! |

Before this year I was happy with center point
| We have been with center point for 3.5 years our bill was always 70-190$. Feb 2025 they hit us with a 509$ bill a technician came out found no leaks and couldnt explain it. Its now almost 2 months later many calls and emails they still wont give me a reason why our bill was so high. | |||

Please do not use them
| They will not let you use automatic payments if you use pipp/heap. If you forget what day the bill is due because you're busy, they will charge you basically double what you owe. My bill was originally $48, but because I was late by *one day* its now $117. I'm disabled and can't work much, every penny matters especially with 22's inflation. I can't switch right now, because the apartment where I live only allows center point. They are nothing but money hungry. If you have ANY other options please don't choose center point | |||
