Budget Billing is a joke, mystical tax computation
| Studying 2 consecutive years of bills, I realized that my budget billing seemed solely based on my electric usage, and thus completely ignoring my gas usage. As a result, I found myself paying a year worth of gas usage on the last month of my budget billing cycle (more than 50% of my yearly budget billing total). What a joke! I also noticed that there are multiple tax sources, county sales tax, sales tax and more recently a general sales tax that appeared in the last year or so. But the real question is how are they all computed? (certainly not a percentage of the total cost pre-tax as one would expect). | |||

Don't waste your time
| My experience is bad customer service and 1:50 inconvenience fee is stupid give us a person to call to pay are bill just a bad business taking advantage of the people please take away the hidden charges that's not electric we use and only charge us for the electric we use I mean really come on stop doing bad business | |||
