“  Company violated contract and lied about service dates. Customer Service rep agreed that this happened, but refused to correct the issue or provide the refund that was due. Go elsewhere! ”

“  After having think energy for 6 months I was suppose to receive a $100 gift card when I called to inquire it was then I was informed that I needed to have a usage amount and I didn't I was also informed that it would come in an email I believe this company lures customers by offering $100 gift cards but they don't disclose everything you need to qualify I find them to be very deceptive on how they get their customers to come over to them and I would never recommend them ”
