  I think your review is too early, not sure till I get 2 months of bills if the switch went as planned. So it is hard to rate. not fare to you, how can i rate on billing till i get a bill.

Good ride for 10 months

  Had some billing issues early on, but not exactly providers fault. All in all everything was great, however as always good things don't last. Provider probably won't make my current plan available on renewal as it was more likely promotional to attract business, so will have to look for affordable options elsewhere to keep costs in check

  Not the least expensive but have never had a problem in terms of unexpected billing or other issues. Essentially, they are a trade off of paying a bit more for the energy with less hassle - depends on what you prioritize

  No surprises with StarTex. Have been with them for over 3 years and love the easy to read statements and no surprise billing. I assume customer service is just as pleasant but haven't had to call. Will be renewing with them again.
