DONT SWITCH TO JUST ENERGY!

  Never has my bill been this high! $500 for a monthly bill and I was with no electricity from Hurricane Beryl for 6 days. I tried to chat with someone concerning this issue and no help at all. If you don't pay you're bill on time, they will either turn off your electricity or charge you $20 fee for not paying it 2 days after the due date! I do not recommend this electricity company ever. Don't make a mistake by contracting with them.

To many junk fees

  If you look at your bill, this company over charges their customers with many junk fees. this is ridiculous and the OHIO legislature needs to look into this and start holding these monopoly companies accountable

Frustrated

  I signed up online for a 12 month rate. I received a letter in the mail welcoming to the company and confirming all my information. Two days later I received another letter with a slightly higher rate but everything seemed set. When I got my electric bill on the second billing cycle the supplier had not changed yet. I called Energy Harbor to confirm there were no problems and was told that my account had been rejected. Since then rates have gone up. Why wasnt I notified immediately?

  they gave us a comparable rate for a few months, then when it was time to renew they TRIPLED the rates. we got a bill that was several hundred dollars higher than what it would be with ppl. no way should this be allowed to happen the rates should not price gouge the customer if they dont switch and hop off month to month. THIS IS A JOKE
