Confusing reward system.
| Have never been able to get the supposed REWARDS. They say you are getting monthly reward and then it looks like it costs you. You sign up for monthly other rewards but we have not won any of those either. Customer service today says they will call you tomorrow. In a few months when my year is up will be looking for a new change in supplier. | |||

Criminal charges
| My bill jumped from $4mcf to $14mcf without warning. On their website you can sign up for a plan that is $5per mcf at this moment but they are charging customers almost triple that amount | |||

Call center empolyee doesn't take no for an answer

I am used to getting calls from electric providers wanting me to switch, most are willing to end the call when I say no once or twice.
Today I received a call from American Power and Gas and after saying I wasn't interested 3 times to no avail I hung up on him. You would think it would be done but no he called back not one more time but twice and I hung up on him twice more. At this point they could offer me electric service for one penny per kilowat and I wouldn't be interested. This is no way to attract customers. |
