Great for price protection

| When people sign up for a different supplier they expect to get a lower rate than what they er already paying, this one is higher and I am canceling no matter what. I think it's a scam!!! | |||

Raised my bill
| Don't get them they doubled my bill and now it's a nightmare to get out of the agreement unless I pay an outrageous amount and it also feels like they keep extending my agreement when I ask how long I have left | |||

CS Reps disconnect calls
| Had 3 CS Reps disconnect calls because I asked for a Supervisor. Barely spoke English, refused to transfer call for ligitimate concerns. Refused Supervisor. Refused to put me on Do Not CaLL List until the 4th rep finally pretended to be a supervisor. I would never do business with a company with such ignorant and rude customer service. Shame on this company for having such a rude and ill-trained foreign Customer Service department. | |||
