  I switched into a low rate and when it ended I went with another company. The other company dragged their feet which caused a month hangover. I called APG&E and they gave me another month with the same low rate.

No ethics, it is a trap

  They did not save me a penny but costed me hundreds of dollars. The last bill I paid, it was 10.5 Cents per KWH versus AES rates are 4.8 cents per hour. I won't even give them a single star. They are big company but they do not have any ethics. 218.75% more then AES. I will never recommend this company to any body.

Ruthless

  I always pay my bills on time. I received a collection email from Just Energy. I called their customer service on two occasions, as the first number did not work. They were zero help and could be understand me. It was a joke. They had not answer. It was like a scam. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Still no answers. We made a big mistake using this company and will switch immediately. Do not use!

Unethical - Do Not Use

  Signed up for the 3 month .0459 rate, then without notice to what the new price would be, my next bill showed a rate of .1299. My rate TRIPLED without notice. I did not find out until after the new bill arrived, and by that time I have to wait another month until the next meter reading to switch. I'm paying these' ass hats highway robbery for two months and that's not right! I switched to another provider with a 12 month contract who had much better reviews. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM! An honest company will try to work with you to lower your rate and make right what is wrong. Not these people, they will take you to the cleaners for the two months they legally can. Hopefully they will be out of business sooner rather than later. I will NEVER do business with these people again. STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!

Horrible company

  Horrible customer service, sent my account to collections with no notice. I have DPL as the local company and AEP was the Supplier. their rates went through the roof and the customer rep would not help at all. I switched because of this. then I got a collections notice less than a month later for a balance of less than $50. What company doesn't contact the customer first and just sends someone to collections. I have no problem paying them as I have since I found out what was owed. Now I have to fix the credit ding because of this. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Rip-off

  They changed my rate to 0.1599 my Ive received a bill of $500 they changed it without my knowledge!! When I called them to let them know one of person who answered the phone he said that he did not see any letter been sent and the supervisor she said that there is what a joke!! I dont recommend them to nobody.

  So, I signed up in April, then come June I get a letter that they had my account number wrong, which I don't know how I could mess that up if I am looking at my bill when I enter it.... but anyways. I call to fix the issue, now after the rates went up I have to sign up for their services again at the current rate. Such a rip..... I signed up for a 5.9 rate in April, signed the contract. Then get this BS and have to sign up for the new rate of .94.... Tell me that doesn't sound fishy.

Terrible company

  Used Engie as our Supply carrier. Changed to Zoom due to excesssive pricing from Engie, received monthly billing which showed zero balance. Continued receving bills from utility company and paid in full eachmonth (twice previous month) However did not pay as zero balance still on previous statement. Six months later I I reeceived a bill from Engie for an excessive amount, even after I had closed account! Lousy company!

Terrible company

  They made me agree to an 18 month commitment with a $100 charge for early termination... However, there is no actual commitment from them. They cancelled my agreement early and of course as the consumer I get absolutely nothing other than a headache but if I had chose to leave them they would have billed me for $100. Early termination costs should be a two-way street. This is a terrible company and no one should do business with them

Complete scam

  Just Energy was advertised to me. I was told there would be absolutely no changes or additions to my bill in anyway. But actually an extra flat rate 50$ per month was tacked on and when I wanted to cancel they charged me a termination fee and referred it to a collections agency rather than just letting me pay it. This company is a complete scam and am pissed that I ever got involved.
