“ I went thru their ridiculous process to re-enroll at the end of the contract and received a confirmation of re-enrollment. After 2 weeks saw my peco bill not showing them as my supplier. Called them and they had no record of me requesting for re-enrollment neither willing to review the re-enrollment confirmation email that I had received from them. What a joke of a company!!! ”

Awful, lying, deceitful company
“ The agent that tried to sell me on this cheaper plan flat out lied to my face. She told me there were no fees, no extra or hidden costs. I asked point blank and she lied to me. Dont fall for their lies. Our bill has an extra $97 in fees now and she wrote the number to a sex hotline on the pamphlet ”

Scam
“ Couldnt set me up online and needed me to call a representative to give information. Then proceed to try to sell many insurance products to me. I said it was a scam to make me call in and talk to him and he was annoyed because he IS a sales representative! It was all a big hassle and I didnt feel comfortable with them. Also received many solicitations after signing up. ”

Terrible company, think twice before switching to them...
“ Think Energy has very very poor customer service. Phone wait times can be up to an hour, or they never pick up the phone. They do not return calls or emails for customers like myself to resolve billing issues and overcharges. They lie about sending out notices when your contract expires. I never received notice of 3 yr ending contract and they increased my rate from .11 kw to .19 kw without any notification. When you finally reach a service rep they are not able to help you as they always say I will send your issue to my supervisor. This never occurs as I have never gotten any mail, emails or phone calls from anyone within Think Energies company. MA Energy department should ban Think from doing business in our state. ”
