“  Lied to straight from the beginning now im stuck with 200 dollar cancel fee because they lie and lie some more then to try and get it resolved all they say is they will train their people better and talk to them but no true resolution and try to make you feel better by saying they waved their fee and be happy with that ”

“  I signed up for a 3-month promotional rate of 9.99/kWh. As soon as the promotion ended, they doubled my rate to 20.00/kWh without any prior notification or heads-up. I just opened an $800 bill. While I expected a change after the promo, a 100% increase is predatory. The lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. I will be switching providers immediately and suggest others look elsewhere to avoid this kind of price gouging ”

HOWEVER, I never received the letter and didn't know about the new rate until the bill arrived and it was five times last month's bill. This is a scam company. ”
