“  I signed up for a 3-month promotional rate of 9.99/kWh. As soon as the promotion ended, they doubled my rate to 20.00/kWh without any prior notification or heads-up. I just opened an $800 bill. While I expected a change after the promo, a 100% increase is predatory. The lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. I will be switching providers immediately and suggest others look elsewhere to avoid this kind of price gouging ”

“  Since they roped me in, I have heard nothing from them and can't even find a log in outside of their "rewards" program. My bill has gone up and I just want to be done with them. ”

“  Company said they sent me a letter saying my one year was ending and they said they included the new rate which was almost four times higher. HOWEVER, I never received the letter and didn't know about the new rate until the bill arrived and it was five times last month's bill. This is a scam company. ”

“  Archer Energy hijacked my gas supplier account. I never signed up with them, In fact I got sent something a long time ago and I declined and they still hijacked my account. I didn't even realize it until I took a really good look at my gas bill which I never do because I am on the email billing so I don't see the actual bill just the amount to pay in the email. When I got a pretty high bill I wanted to see if it was an actual reading that's when I discovered they hijacked my account. ”
