DO NOT SIGN - BEWARE THEIR MARKETING - RATES WILL DOUBLE -- SENIORS BEWARE
“ Marketing provides a sense of urgency and importance of clean energy. While they state rates can be higher - they do NOT state they will double. Bill went from under $200 to over $500 for small senior carriage home. When you call, it's like being in a middle school debate, trying to justify the goodness and cost of solar and wind, and that monthly rates cost more to administer. Just not true. It does not cost DOUBLE! They should be ashamed at how they increase their margins from unknowing seniors who are just trying to control their costs on a fixed income during inflationary times. They think it's acceptable to charge double and then argue that month to month administering is more -- positively aggregious! Stay with your power company. ”

Never use the supplier
“ I somehow got this supplier for my natural gas and they seemed OK for the first eight months from April until November but then came the cold months and they started raising my rates like crazy without any kind of warning or notice. I went from $.66 per CCF in December to $.80 per CCF in January and now my February bill is at $1.07 per CCF and Ive never had a CCF that high in my life. This company is such a scam. Dont ever use them. ”

Very deceptive company
“ I signed an 18 month fixed rate contract. They make it impossible to get in contact with them to figure out how to renew your contract before it expires. The reason they do this is because as soon as your contract expires, they double your rate. I went from 14 cents per kWh to 28 cents per kWh. Huge scam! ”

Mrs
“ Just received my gas bill and electric bill and it doubled. I was getting charged 1.50 percent which is bull. Do not go with them as they lie during the initial process of getting you to sign up. ”

Price Gouging or better yet extortion!
“ Careful of these guys! They lure you in with a great var. price promising consistent prices if the commodity price remains the same. They state a ridiculous retention rate (95%+) of new customers due to stable pricing. My pricing went from 0.087 cent per KW to .297047 cent per KW....almost tripling my energy costs! ”
