I am completely new to home ownership, but using OH Energy Ratings was super easy and I felt like I understood everything!

Jennifer B #1790 in customer service is the best. She not only took care of my issues but she reviewed everything for me. It is not just her professionalism that impressed me, but her patience and kindness is something you dont get very often these days.

Charles in customer service was extremely helpful and nice while quickly confirming redemption of my $25.00 gift card!

Setting things up was a easy and simple process, but the rewards that were supposedly sent to me as a 'welcome' gesture I've never received 3 months lateras of today. Every time I contact customer service, nothing gets resolved.

Bill was advertised- at 4.79 .. first bill was 7.29 . i even received a letter in the mail bill was going to be 4.79, seriously thinking about going to a lower company.

Have never been able to get the supposed REWARDS. They say you are getting monthly reward and then it looks like it costs you. You sign up for monthly other rewards but we have not won any of those either. Customer service today says they will call you tomorrow. In a few months when my year is up will be looking for a new change in supplier.

Much more expensive than AEP.

My bill jumped from $4mcf to $14mcf without warning. On their website you can sign up for a plan that is $5per mcf at this moment but they are charging customers almost triple that amount

They hook you with a low price then charge you double the going rate after 30 days. Try to call an cancel and youre on hold for days.

I am used to getting calls from electric providers wanting me to switch, most are willing to end the call when I say no once or twice.

Today I received a call from American Power and Gas and after saying I wasn't interested 3 times to no avail I hung up on him. You would think it would be done but no he called back not one more time but twice and I hung up on him twice more. At this point they could offer me electric service for one penny per kilowat and I wouldn't be interested. This is no way to attract customers.
