A week later I contacted the utilities both companies were extremely nice but Zachary was so pleasent, so apologetic that I experience it, so sweet about everything he truly made my entire day, his attitude made me want to share my experience and that is why I stay! They don't have to work with me but they do, Zachary did not have to spend so much time or even apologize for another predatory company's actions but he did that mean something to me.
