They had the best fixed rate for at least a year and no early termination fees. Billing is done directly through our natural gas bill.

What experience? All I care about is the price. Mercury's was lowest at the time. So, cut out all the crap about experience and customer service, and give me lower utility costs.

Purposely hard to reach so they can dramatically up the price after the first month.
