First and foremost, I work Monday-friday 7am to 5pm. It's very difficult to contact customer service during those hours. It would be fantastic if they could have customer service available a little later in the evening or on Saturday.
Secondly I'm not sure where Nordic Energy learned how to do multiplication....my total CCF used was 130 CCF @0.112631.
My calculations bring the total to 14.64203 yet I was actually billed 146.42.....in what math class does that make sense??
