Compare the Best Electricity Suppliers in Waynesfield

Had Titan for a 1 year contract. Competitive prices. Satisfied with service. When contract expired, I intended to just continue having Titan supply our electric. However, I noticed the generation and transmission portion of my bill suddenly more than doubled, went from 5.8 cents/KWh to 12.25 cents/KWh. I called and found if I sign up for another year it drops back to 5.79 cents/KWh, which I did. However now I am saddled with a couple of months of significantly higher charges until the new contract takes effect. This is the kind of thing that just frustrates me to no end. At no time was I made aware that the price more than doubles on a monthly basis until I realized my bill was unusually high for this time of year. Remember, business goes where it's invited, and stays where it's well treated. Titan, if you want to retain customers you must treat them better than this.

Seems like others come here to rant but I happen to have a decent experience with the company. As long as you stay on top of your contract expiration then you should be fine, seems like to me that the other reviewers don't seem to do that which is why they end up with the variable rate.

A lot of these negative reviews are from people who dont know how to shop. If you sign up on a 3 cent rate of course your rate is going to skyrocket in month 4. Its like they are offering you a nearly-free trial and you want them to do it forever?! Sign up for a 12 or 24 month plan, shop around when your contract expires and enjoy the savings. Just dont get greedy and expect the low 3 month prices to be the rates you pay all the time.

I am the one who shops for the lowest price. By my experience I can see that the 3-month plans will always be the cheapest!

I had one of your sales rep knock on my door and invited them in as it was very hot out and she was friendly and said she was just there to help me understand my utility bill better. She asked for my bill which I didn't mind getting since she said that is why she was here and she broke down my bill for me and showed me what all the rates are and meant, I found her very helpful. She then went on to explain to me what SFE energy offers and that I had options when it came to utility rates which I didn't know until now. I decided to sign up as it looked like it would help me and she said we would have to do a verification call to complete the enrollment and other details to confirm my account which was reassuring . Overall I found my experience with her very helpful and she was straightforward, very patient explaining everything to me and wasn't trying to push me to sign anything which I found comforting.

I was able to save when I started using Vista Energy. Comparing them with other companies I've had before, they are about the same. Their bill comes and I pay them.

Vista Energy is good. Because of the Lowes gift card that they offered me, I went with them. They explained everything well and everything that I needed to know about the energy. Their price is pretty well fair. I leave my aircon on a little longer because its hot and they kinda helped me cut my electric down a little bit and it got cheaper on me. I enjoy the service and I would like to continue on with it. If somebody asks about it, I would tell them about it and to get the energy.

Nice to see a reduction in our electric bill. Have only received one bill to date. My biggest peeve was with Direct Energy. 3 clowns come out and DEMAND to see my CenterPoint confirmation letter and rates. Stated we couldn't make the switch without their approval. They blocked my handicap ramp entrance and looked like bouncers. I actually had to push through them because they would not let me through to get back in my house and still they kept banging on the door. I watched them go door to door using the same same tactics Thumbs down on Direct Energy!

Nrg offers amazing plans you just have to make sure you renew your rate! Thats your responsibility in order to save some money! The reps tell you that when you sign up! Open your ears and maybe youll be happy with it....

Rate is good and it was easy to transfer

Dominion Energy customer sought natural gas suppler. Quake's price was very competitive and the ease of on line registration made the transaction very smooth

so far so good. I am happy with center point energy

I called to inquire about Santanna rates for my new home and was not only impressed by the low low rate....but the warm and courteous representative I spoke with was very impressive and sold me on Santanna.

It was easy and seamless. They had the best price without all the fine print . Simple straight forward and no hassle .

I feel suppliers are on an even rating? Most customers, like me, are looking for price breaks! I had no problems with Center Point, all billing is done through the energy companies per state laws/boundaries. I recently switched to AEP for gas since their price was lower, for 12 months.

Happy the first go around with CenterPoint however, when I received my re-up letter, the rates were 3.5 to 3.6. I found a much lower fixed rate2.7 from another supplier. You need o find savings where you can as the supplier charge is the only thing you can impact as all other charges on your bill are fixed and out of your control.

Here in a time of bewildering choices for natural gas, Santanna Energy stands out as a company, which offers us natural gas at a very competitive price, while providing us with exceptional customer service. What more could you ask for?

No problems switching to this supplier

I signed up for CenterPoint Energy months ago but am still being charged by my old service. Hopefully the CenterPoint service will be on my next bill. If not, I'll have to contact you about it. Maybe you could check it out for me.

Nothing negative to say about CenterPoint Energy. I didnt think their offer could be beat. But I couldnt resist dropping another 11% below CenterPoints already great offer. Sorry I had to switch after just a few months

Ordering on line is not one of my favorit things to do, but Center Point made it easy & quick.

I made the change online and everything was perfect. Of course as soon as I switched I received a counteroffer that was quite a bit cheaper. 5.19 to 4.45

I had a young lady come to my door, she explained I had a daily rate and it allowed me to use up to 10,00KWH for electric and 1000ccf for gas, which allowed me to use more without the pricing spiking. My bills have been consistent and Im not surprised month to month. Now if the utilities could lower the stupid delivery fees then that would be nice.

I had a power surge on my property June 12th around 7:30 PM. Had an electrician come up, they told me the neutral ground wire was bad and AEP had to fix it. Because of this, many of my items in my home were destroyed. It wasn't enough to where my home insurance would cover it, but it was definitely above my monthly pay to cover it. I don't make much, enough to pay my bills and eat and MAYBE just MAYBE buy myself something nice. I've been a paying customer for two years. If I'm driving my car and my engine fails and I wreck into 6 people, is it my fault or the engines fault? Exactly, but AEP doesn't seem to understand this common sensibility. They told me because the failure was unprecedented or unplanned that they couldn't reimburse me for anything. Now I'm out of $1200 worth of stuff because of their crappy service and their failure to do preventative maintenance and proper testing on my lines. Everything else is great, but I'd really recommend you put a surge protector that covers unprecedented surges for your items in your home because I've heard of AEP and these surge protector companies just screwing people left and right. I'm currently complaining to the BBB about this and I'm fearful they may shut my electric off if I take further action.
