It was easy to switch over. I have had only one statement from them but the amount owed was significantly less than the gas bill before.

My current charge per CCF of natural gas is approximately half of my service provider Duke Energy. I'm always happy to experience a savings.

I noticed my current contract expired and I was being charged a high variable monthly rate, I went online @ OH energy ratings and Symmetry Energy had a good 2yr fixed rate with no termination fee I was able to switch online very easy.

So far this is the best rate we could get , saving is saving.

I switched online and received a confirmation from them with a transfer date. My was seamless. My first bill from Dominion East Ohio gas with the new supplier had a substantial savings. I used a little more gas for the billing period yet my total bill was over $50 LESS.

Found it easy to do. So glad I found a better price.

I can't believe how easy it was to switch. My old supplier wouldn't come down on price so I switched. 24 months! Great deal too

Reviewed pricing through state web site and choice was easy as was the switch to Symnetry. Price was just 41 cents higher than previous supplier that had expired. Previous supplier wanted in excess of two dollars more, choice was simple.

When I received my Columbia statement I noticed my $$ rate. I went to Apples to Apples and found a cheaper rate, Anytime I can save $$$ I will do.

The transition was smooth. No glitches and posted mcf pricing was shown with the first billing cycle after the switch. Like that pricing is guaranteed for 24 months with no early termination costs.

I was looking for a good rate for my utilities with out any en cumbrances however when the contract is ended I will have to review their rates in comparison to other offers at that time over all the transaction was simple

I tried to sign up with CenterPoint and was never able to complete the switch. I am still with my previous Gas supplier.

Cut my mcf charge almost in half from smart energy price

I had noticed that the contract with my present natural gas supplier had expired and I was on a monthly rate. I checked the Ohio Energy Ratings charts to find a new supplier. The company I was with had a promtional rate, but not for existing customers. I never understood why these companies, like banks, are looking for new customers but aren't interested in retaining their existing ones. I discovered a new supplier, CenterPointEnergy Services with a great rate and signed up on line. It was quick and easy.

I made the change online and everything was perfect. Of course as soon as I switched I received a counteroffer that was quite a bit cheaper. 5.19 to 4.45

Ordering on line is not one of my favorit things to do, but Center Point made it easy & quick.

Nothing negative to say about CenterPoint Energy. I didnt think their offer could be beat. But I couldnt resist dropping another 11% below CenterPoints already great offer. Sorry I had to switch after just a few months

I picked CenterPoint from the OH Energy Ratings and found it to have the best price. So far everything is going as it should.

Although the price dropped a bit after I requested this temporary contract, I got just what I contracted.I experienced no problem with this company.

Have no idea why there's so much paper shuffling to get gas piped to the house. Seems like a sleight of hand scam by a bunch of slick lawyers to skim the cream off the top of the money barrel.

I signed up for CenterPoint Energy months ago but am still being charged by my old service. Hopefully the CenterPoint service will be on my next bill. If not, I'll have to contact you about it. Maybe you could check it out for me.

Switched from ONG to Center Point due to better pricing.

The change was easy to complete on my side but takes too long. For only a paperwork change it took two months and I did not benefit from the better pricing when we needed. I might have lost and savings I would see for months.

When we ordered Symmetry, we werent aware we still had to pay Columbia Gas such high fees. For what little gas we use, our bills seem very high.

So far our experience with the switch over has been easy. I really haven't had the service long enough to comment on service/customer service. I would be happy to review in a few months of having the service.

Went with symmetry gas co they said would receive 50 dollar visa for signing.Its been threes months and nothing except bill for gas

Was not thrilled that I could not get a lower rate because I was already a customer. That part sucked

Customer service agent was considerate and professional. He said I would get a $50 gift card, but I never received it.

Im changing carriers... I compared and at the time the rate was lower than what I was paying... now its higher!!

Prices were not best, but not bad. They offered $50 bonus for contract renewal and I took it. Got first bill several weeks ago but still not that $50 bonus. Tried to call them on 1-888-200-3788 but that number seems not working - first red flag. Sent email and no response - second red flag.

I will wait another month, then have to send them letter and copy Duke Energy requesting to cancel contract since they didn't fulfil their obligations. I don't like when things are so difficult.

The following month I received notice of a name change to Symmetry Energy Solutions, LLC.

At the time I initially signed up I thought I was getting a fixed rate of $2.50/MCF.

On the paper I recieved in the mail it showed a "Managed Rate" of $2.50/MCF.

My Dominion Gas bill is paid thru my checking account.

I reviewed my bills today and noticed the rate was $2.75/MCF, which is different from the $2.50/MCF that I thought I'd signed up for in June.

I contacted Symmetry today to inquire about the difference and was told that

I had contracted for their "Managed Rate" and not the Fixed Rate.

I signed up for service online. I received a letter requesting a phone call as there was a problem.

The representative was pleasant and stated that the problem was that the account could not be switched because the account is presently listed under my wife and me. Apparently, that is unacceptable(?) to your company. To remedy this, It was requested, by your company, that I call my existing gas supplier and change the account name so that it can be changed from their company to yours! I asked why?My existing supplier doesn't have a problem with my wife and I on the account. Your company does. As strange as this sounded, I remained calm and asked to speak to a manager. I expected this to happen soon as the representative conferred with her earlier to get the information about why there was a problem with the switchover. However, after a moment the representative came back and stated that the manager would have to call me back. I said okay and that was the last have heard from CenterPoint.
