  The way the plan was explained it was nothing Ive received. Prior to this plan my bill was roughly $238.00 a month my first billing came with just Energy was $552, called to cancel and dispute. They way the billing is setup and my carrier bill Ive had 3 cycles total even once canceled. My bill is sitting at a whopping $1458.00 and its nobodys fault BGE or just energy. Im expected to pay and cant get assistance because I dont have a cutoff notice. Talk about pissed!!

HEB in store promotions, Loop 250/Midland,Tx

  I have been talking to the female sales reps in Midland,Tx. They are offering an in-store promotion (too good to be true). They don't know their product and need proper training. I asked them if the 9.50 cents per Kw is fixed or does it fluctuate. The girl did not know. She had to call someone and finally I got an answer. The promotion of 9.50 cents per Kw fluctuates. She said you can call in after 2 months to get the rate locked in. I said no thank you and walked off.

  I was marketed by a person in Walmart for the better pricing. But that plans works only first 3 months later I should call them and remind every 3 months which I didnt do and they just only one email(overlooked) as reminder and they kept charging me flexible pay and I lost around $300 thru billing gradual increase every month.

  Don't get them they doubled my bill and now it's a nightmare to get out of the agreement unless I pay an outrageous amount and it also feels like they keep extending my agreement when I ask how long I have left

Supposed to be on a budget

  I am on a limited income at this time and notice that my gas bills in the summer are higher than in winter months. I am supposed to be on a damn budget. What is the use of having a budget if it is not benefiting you. But the moment I come off the budget I run the risk of having an astronomical gas bill. I work five days per week, am rarely home, and use gas for my stove and heat. IT IS HOTTER THAN A VOLCANO in this apartment even with air conditioning so there is no way I am using any heat in July and August. But I was told it is to help with higher bills in winter. My winter bills were $58 dollars I live in Bellevue, Ohio now and when I lived in Springfield, Ohio I was also on a budget and was NEVER home and was charged $80 a month. The apartment there was gas heat only (my stove was electric. The customer service or management team will not do anything. Customers are at their mercy because they charge what they want even when you barely use gas. I called the gas company around 545 pm on 8/28/2024 and nothing was done I am researching finding another supplier.
