“  Archer Energy hijacked my gas supplier account. I never signed up with them, In fact I got sent something a long time ago and I declined and they still hijacked my account. I didn't even realize it until I took a really good look at my gas bill which I never do because I am on the email billing so I don't see the actual bill just the amount to pay in the email. When I got a pretty high bill I wanted to see if it was an actual reading that's when I discovered they hijacked my account. ”

“  After 3 years of use, out of nowhere they started charging 100% more right as Christmas arrives. No warning or heads up. ”

“  We experienced a power outage yesterday and the technicians that dispatched completely cut through our Spectrum cable in the middle of the night service to my phone internet and cable. They didn't even have the decency to tell us. We had to go through the rigamarole of figuring it out ourselves. I called customer service and they wouldn't even consider that their techs made a mistake. When Spectrum came it took him about 30 secs to find and show me where Ohio Edison chopped the line and left it discarded on the ground where they were digging the night before. ”

“  I CANCELLED MY SERVICE WITH AMERICAN POWER & GAS OVER ONE MONTH AGO AND THEY DID NOT STOP PROVIDING SERVICE. THEY ARE CHARGING ME AN EXORBITANT RATE WHEN I CANCELLED THEM OVER ONE MONTH AGO. FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU - THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY AND WILL NOT BE HONEST WITH YOU WHEN YOU CANCEL THEIR SERVICE. ”
