Rates are good. I have had no issues with there service, however i will not recommend a company that does not have budget billing. Budget billing is very important to many customers that want to keep seasonal cost down during peak electric usage months

Never sent a notice when my term expired( as was stated in their terms). Doubled price immediately following. Pretty bogus IMO.
