I never knew unlimited electricity for one flat fee was a possibility. But I'm loving it. Its 89 and humid outside, and its 68 degrees in here. No cost per kilowatt just one flat rate every month. Fabulous!

We decided to switch to Titan Gas And Power when we moved in May of 2017 and we are extremely pleased with our choice. Their online customer service is excellent. Their rates are awesome compared to our previous supplier. Now our bill is $125 in the summer as opposed to nearly $300!!! Customer service has been easy to work with as well you can call or email. We have called 3 times. First to set up the account, Second to add a location and Third for a quick billing question, and they are always polite. So far, we are very happy with Titan Gas And Power and how easy it is to work with him. I recommend them.

At first I was really upset that my rate went up. I contacted Titan and spoke to a young lady named Shay. She took the time to explain to me what happened. It was my fault, I let my contract expire and that is why my rate went up. Titan was able to get me a rate that was close to what I had before.

My account was switched over to Titan Gas and Power and I was furious! I never signed up for them. I called as soon as I realized and found out that my account was rolled over by the electric company and NOT Titan. The utility does this when you are on the consumer plan? Titan gave me the choice to officially sign with them or to go to some one else. They even let me know the prices of thier competition. I received a letter from the utility a few days later explaining what happened. I decided to stay with Titan. The rate is lower and they were so nice to explain what happened.

Vista Energy Marketing has good service quality for what I'm paying for. I'd recommend Vista.

I was able to save when I started using Vista Energy. Comparing them with other companies I've had before, they are about the same. Their bill comes and I pay them.

They have been a very good company for service and over all performance.

A young lady came out and showed me a better rate, so I switched to Vista. I've been with them for three months now and so far, their service has been great. The cost has been consistent and I would tell others to go with them.

My son, who lives in Texas, owns a condo in Reminderville ohio call Dominion to have gas turned on at his condo was given a time for arrival and a call when the person would arrive of 15/20 minutes, I arrived in 20 minutes the service person Name David was at the door when I arrived, he was very proffesional and helpful. wanted you to know he is an asset and represent you company impressively. Been pleased in the short time weve been customers. Contacted once in regards to the switch and the representative that assisted could not have been more pleasant and efficient.

Easy process except it was a very long wait to connect to a rep in what I assume to be a foreign country. Difficult to understand the English of representative.

The change was easy to complete on my side but takes too long. For only a paperwork change it took two months and I did not benefit from the better pricing when we needed. I might have lost and savings I would see for months.

Customer service is great when you call your questions are answered quick and they are very respectful. I can recommend them.

I have been very happy since changing to Constellation. I was with another company for years but they had a better rate for a longer time.

I am happy that I am still able to get a decent rate. I was looking for a company that had a 3 year contract.

Just got first changed bill and all is well.

Switched from ONG to Center Point due to better pricing.

I picked CenterPoint from the OH Energy Ratings and found it to have the best price. So far everything is going as it should.

Wife and I needed to find a better rate for our natural gas supplier. This was easiest and simplest way to compare rates.

I signed up with some guy in Walmart. I usually don't stop at those kind of things but he seemed so happy i had to see what it was all about. I signed up before thanksgiving. First bill i saved a few dollars. I noticed a difference when my bill went from $220 down to $175. I saw these reviews and noticed everyone saying the same thing. The very few writing 5 star reviews are satisfied with NRG's service. Call and keep the program. Everyone wants to write a bad review when something doesn't go their way. Nobody writes a good review, when it meets their expectations.

The people, service and saving are great. I would highly recommend them.

i chose mercury because of prices.i chose too long of a contract so as prices on gas dropped i opted out. we had no real contact in the year i was with them.

NRG saved me so much on my bill. I was paying $233 of the 2 fees they take off, and my bill was only$476. They reminded me to call back after 3 months or my rates would go up. In glad I called back.

Constellation provides competitive pricing and excellent customer service. I am staying with them because of that.

The last time I joined an energy company I spent almost an hour on the phone. The
great webpage Symmetry has it took me about 2 minutes to sign up with Symmetry. What a difference!

The price for the electricity most months was less than all of the service charges and destination charges from the illuminating company. That saved us a lot of money in every season

Whenever I look at the reviews from something, they are full of hate, and the bad reviews, not so much good, so I will leave my experience. It only took NRG to appear on my bill, and when they did my bill went down $137. They had me put a reminder in my phone to call them back in three months, and when I called I got the 5% cash back, and my rate was still really low. Now I'm earning money back for my electric. It's like being paid to use electric. I would highly recommend them.

Was given a confirmation said my rate would start on 1/1/21 but it didn' t. when I called on 2/7/21 the rep said I could not change my rate online i had to call.I was never informed of this or I would have done it. Now my new rate doesn' t start till march ? Why did they let me register online, had to confirm my address and account # , given a confirmation and a start date then not uphold there end.I sent all this info to the rep for review. We will see what happened.
