Poor Initial Hook up. Poor customer service reps.

  Bought a boat storage building up by Lake Erie. After initial contact with FirstEnergy it took over a week to get the service turned on from an existing meter. Terrible service. Very poor customer service. This would not happen in southern Ohio.

Rotten company

  They are rude on the phone and forcing "smart meters" on everyone to up our costs and they ignore the data on health hazards of these meters. They bribed politicians to make it a law that we have to have these meters. They are truly a rotten company.
