I am a new business owner and had been with Dual energy for a while. A rep from champion energy came in boasting about price differences and better service through champion. Even going as far as promising to pay remaining bills as an incentive for switching over.
However after months of them negotiating a switch with Dual energy nothing came to pass. They also advised me to cancel direct debits and payments to dual as they would be supplying us with energy.
I am now left with a £7000 debt with Dual and have also had my electricity cut due to Champion making me believe they were in the process of the takeover.
Do not recommend this company at all as they are highly unprofessional make false promises. FRAUD!!

Elizabeth continues to call and lie and make demands. I wouldn't do business with this company if it saved dollars. Starting a relationship with rudeness is not going anywhere good.
