4 Choice Energy is a scam
|
I dont know who is the unprofessional individual name Tara or Sarah that answers the calls @ 888 565 4490 but someone needs to have her retrained. Hanging up on a customer is the last thing any customer service rep should ever do to a non-vulgar customer. After 100s of calls which led to being forced into this I joined the service. Once I received documentation in the mail and reading the ridiculous fine print I spoke to Tara or Sarah and cancelled the service on 12/19/2019(cancellation#75896c). Now 4 months later I noticed that you people are still charging me for this service. Company now says that they have my call recorded on March 13th to cancel the service which I didnt do on March 13th I did that on December 9th where is that recording? |
